If you have created a scanner profile you will want to attach it after importing the image into Photoshop. After opening the image select Image -> Mode -> Assign Profile as shown in figure 4. Once selected you will be presented with the options in Figure 5. Select the correct scanner profile that the image was scanned in and click ok. Figure 4.
